Project management tools are as diverse as the projects they track. Choosing the right set of tools from the beginning can go far in eliciting the support of the team.

Risk Management

Conduct environmental scans early and cast your net wide in the SWOT analysis phase of your project design. Threats to your project are often foreseeable, and risk analysis is a crucial deliverable.

The Iron Triangle

Schedule, Scope, and Budget are the triple constraints or triple threats. Define them early, monitor them closely, and keep key stakeholders informed.

Strategy

Projects come in all shapes and sizes.  Just because you have a hammer, doesn’t mean everything is a nail.  Refined project scoping informs the tools and strategies for managing your project.

Coursework included 360-degree feedback, Korn Ferry leadership assessment and immersive real-word leadership training.
